Police are looking for 17-year-old Dominik Dingle after he opened fire at a SUV in broad daylight on Saturday in Sumter, South Carolina.

Footage from a security camera, set up by Dingle's mother, showed Dingle running towards a passing SUV and firing a handgun several times. Dingle was last seen returning to the scene to pick up spent shell casings and throwing them away.

Dingle's mother set up a domestic security camera outside of her home after her had been shot at several times.

Dingle is described as about 5 feet 8 inches tall, has black hair and brown eyes and weighs about 145 lbs. He is wanted for attempted murder, tampering with evidence and unlawful carrying of a weapon charges.

Police believe Dingle is one of the same individuals that suspected of a string of shootings since January.

"I would say most of the individuals know each other, they have intended targets. This is not random acts of violence. It is done intentionally to resolve some other type of dispute," said Sumter Police Chief Russell F. Roark III.
