While celebrating his birthday with a girlfriend literally half his age, a 40-year-old man from the central Taiwanese city of Taichung, apparently too impatient for a game of strip poker, allegedly coaxed her into playing a game of strip rock-paper-scissors last year and took several photos of her naked.
The girlfriend belatedly noticed the odd behavior of her middle-aged hubby and, effectively calling it quits, stopped answering his calls.
The unidentified man apparently didn't take it too well and threatened her multiple times on Facebook, including one exchange in which he reportedly asked her "Do you want a happy birthday celebration or a happy DEATHDAY celebration?", which may go down in history as the corniest death threat ever made.
When his girlfriend's birthday eventually came to pass, the man changed his Facebook profile picture to one of his naked girlfriend.
Noting that the images were easily viewable to many of the girl's friends and also to the public at large, Taichung's high court charged the man with criminal intimidation and the distribution of indecent pictures online. He's been sentenced to 10 months in jail and has been fined US$10,000.
