Marijuana mom gives teen son pot brownie and he reacts by jumping from a third-story window

A 38-year-old Colorado woman has been arrested after her son leapt from a window because she gave him a marijuana brownie.
According to reports, Austin Essig, 19, started acting strangely after his mother, Julieane Jablonski fed him the brownie. Police say that witnesses saw him running to the window “without hesitation.”
Essig was described as being “seriously hurt” by the three-story fall.
Jablonski also allegedly tried to get witnesses to change their stories, according to Police. She has been charged with supplying drugs to underage person and tampering with a witness.
Police explained that because Essig is over 18, his mother would have normally received a misdemeanor citation, but since witness tampering is a class four felony she was arrested.
