Nadiskubre ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na may mga bagong sasakyang nabigyan ng mga car dealers ng maraming sales invoices. Ginagawa umano ito para makaiwas sa huli sa pagpapatupad ng “no registration, no travel” policy.
