The preparation to prevent the wrath of typhoon 'Chedeng' is deemed successful. However, a new weather disturbance is being monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) not even a day after Chedeng went out in the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
