In a case that has brought Bollywood to a standstill in the Salman Khan 2002 hit-and-run case, the long pending judgement is finally out.
Mumbai Court has declared the actor guilty in the connection to the 2002 hit-and-run case. The judge has discarded the theory that actor’s driver was behind the wheel and has held him guilty of being drunk and driving the SUV.
Following the shocking verdict, Bollywood celebrities took to twitter to extend their support to the much loved actor.
After being convicted and sentenced to jail, Salman would become the second big name to be imprisoned in the last two years.
