DFA urged to change protocols for OFWs on death row

Some sectors appeal to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to change their protocol in giving their attention to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) that are in the death row. This is to save the lives of Filipinos who are facing death penalty overseas.
