Meralco power rate hike opposed

Gabriela protested in front of the office of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) to oppose the additional power rate hike of Meralco for the month of May. According to Meralco, they are passing on to the consumers the additional generation charge due to the shutdown of Malampaya.
