The Argentine Chamber of Deputies unanimously voted to grant compensation to the victims of the 1994 terror attack on the Argentine Jewish Community Center (AMIA), which left 85 dead. The Senate had previously approved the measure, submitted by the executive branch, which will provide the families of the victims with a one time payment of US$170,000. Those suffering serious injuries in the blast will receive lesser amounts. Leonel Poblete reports from Buenos Aires. teleSUR
