An Italian patrol ship arrives in Malta with 24 corpses recovered out of hundreds feared drowned after a migrant boat capsized in the Mediterranean. The death toll from Sunday’s shipwreck off the coast of Libya is uncertain. Officials say at least 700 people were on board, some reportedly locked in the hold.
