More than 200 girls are still missing from a boarding school in Chibok, northeastern Nigeria. Ceremonies are marking the first anniversary of their abduction by the Islamist radicals of Boko Haram. Some have escaped but most have not. Boko Haram is clearly still strong, but has the mass kidnapping put Nigeria's poorest region on the map? What's the plan to support that area, and to and counter the jihadist, anti-education message of the girls' captors?
