Brazil pedophile mayor: Sicko official arrested as hundreds of children were sold or kidnapped from

Adail Pinheiro, age 51, and mayor of the Coari a town in Brazil has been arrested on charges of pedophilia.
However, this isn’t the first time he’s been arrested on these charges. The mayor, now serving his 3rd term, was arrested earlier this year on similar charges but the case was suddenly dropped without explanation two months later.
Pinheiro has been investigated more than 70 times in connection with child rape and pedophilia, but each time the investigations were shelved or dropped.
This is because the mayor has a long reach and most city officials and the police force are under his control and he used them to ‘recruit’ new victims.
Half the town of Coari lives in extreme poverty and impoverished parents of young virgin girls - preferably between the ages of 9-15 - would be offered money, mobile phones, or even houses to surrender their daughters. One girl told how her mother beat her when she said she did not want to have sex with the mayor.
Pinheiro would often rape his victims on boat parties or on his private jet where he held orgies.
The mayor has been terrorizing the town for years. One of his earlier victims spoke up and said she was raped by him as a child and now he wants her daughter.
Pinheiro has been arrested but is still able to manipulate the victims and witnesses from prison. His underlings have been threatening victims to stay silent or to change their earlier statements.
Some of the people living there, say that things are much worse than before.
