A judge has finally come down with a verdict for a rape case that happened earlier this year in January.

In central Taiwan, a 22-year-old man was accused of raping a 14-year-old junior high school girl he convinced to go to a nearby motel and do some K.

Once the girl passed out from the drugs, he raped her.

When the girl woke up she noticed that she was sore and that her jeans were undone.

The man attempted to convince the child ‘to have sex’ one more time, telling her as long she took a shower to rinse out his sperm, she wouldn’t get pregnant.

Unconvinced, the girl reported him to police for rape. The man countered that since they were both high on K at the time he wasn’t aware of what happened.

A judge disagreed, stating that since the man was able to undress the girl, rape her, and remembered to dress her, he was perfectly aware. The judge sentenced the man to 8 years in prison.
