Acid attack in England! Jealous old man attacks ex-gf, leaving her scarred for life

Vikki Horsman is a 20 year old care worker who lives in West Midlands, England.
She had recently broken up with her boyfriend, Mohammad Rafiq, who was 60 years her senior.
Vikki explained the reasons she broke up with Rafiq were he was too controlling, wanted her convert to Islam and to change her name to Aleena Rafiq. After she broke it off Rafiq refused to agree that the relationship was over and began stalking her.
One evening, while getting ready to go to work, there was a knock at the door and when Horsman opened the door she was confronted with a man in a gray hoodie. He said her name and threw the contents of a bottle at her. Horsman said she glimpsed Rafiq’s face peering in through her living room window as she dashed into the kitchen to splash water on her face and neck.
The attack has left scars on her face, neck, upper torso and upper thigh. Doctors say Horsman will need therapy for many years to follow.
The prosecution claims that Rafiq planned the attack with two other men, Steven Holmes age 25 and Shannon Heaps age 23. All three men will be standing trial for the attack on Horsman.
