Sexually molested at work, handicapped woman sues former coworker and employer for $90,000 USD

An employee at a Japanese supermarket franchise called Seiyu, has been accused of sexually molesting a female coworker.
The female employee, who suffers a mild mental handicap, was hired by Seiyu in 2010 and employed at a Tokyo branch store.
In February 2013 the male employee began sexually molesting his coworker, often groping her breasts and butt.
The woman became depressed and eventually quit her job, she is now suing her former coworker and Seiyu Supermarket to the tune of $90,000 USD (1,100,000 yen).
The man denies her accusations, saying that he never sexually molested her, at most he only touched her shoulders and perhaps brushed up against her waist. Yeah, right.
