Freak parking accident: UK man dies after wind slams parking barrier into his chest

Will Page had a lot going for him, but tragically lost his life in a very, very strange way last Saturday morning.
The 22 year old man from Derbyshire, England had just announced that his girlfriend Rachel Cross was with child, the night before.
The apprentice engineer was also a big car nut and loved working on his Peugeot, which is what he was doing the next morning in a nearby garage. It was as he was leaving the industrial estate, the freak accident would take place.
As Page was driving past the open parking barrier to the estate, a strong gust of wind caught the metal bar, driving it into the windscreen of Page's van, pinning him to the driver's seat. There was nothing that could be done to save Page, as the barrier had completely crushed his chest.
Friends and family have set up a donations webpage to help pay for his funeral and support his family.
