The stars have turned out to tell Cancer to jog on. A whole host of famous faces from Alesha Dixon to Lydia Bright attended the annual Cancer research fundraising party in London. Alesha was already in full glam from a Britain's Got Talent appearance so we're guessing she just re applied her lippy before heading to the fundraiser. Danny O'Donoghue made an appearance and took the time to perform at the event.
