Chile: Recovery efforts underway following massive floods

Following unprecedented rains and flooding in the northern Chilean region of Atacama, residents are starting to pick up the pieces. The death toll is 17 with 20 persons missing. About 26,000 people were affected, with 4,000 now living in shelters. The military has been send in to aid in rescue and relief efforts. teleSUR
