Thanks mom These are three quick no-nonsense desserts! All of the ideas were inspired by my mother who calls them "skinny" desserts because they are far less calorie packed from sugar and fat than a typical dessert!
Chocolate used is by Zazubean, it's the only brand of chocolate that I keep around the house these days. I get it at Whole Foods and random "health" stores around town! I checked their website and they have a store locator if you want to find where you can get some!
A commenter (Boonah24) suggested roasting the almonds in the oven before inserting them to make it taste even better! I'll definitely be giving it a try!
