The flight attendant who was allegedly berated for the way she served macadamia nuts has filed a civil lawsuit in the U.S. against former Korean Air Vice President Cho Hyun-ah and the airline.
The lawyers for flight attendant Kim Do-hee claim... that Cho used abusive language and violence... and are seeking compensation for the "extensive damage" to Kim's "career, reputation and emotional well-being."
They also say Kim was pressured into giving false testimony about the incident to government investigators.
Cho, the eldest daughter of the company CEO, became infamous late last year... after making a taxiing plane return to the gate because her nuts were not served in accordance with the first-class manual.
