Captain Pervez Mehdi (Shaheed) was born on 04-01-1982 in village Dodah Dist. Sargodha Punjab Pakistan ,He obtained COMMISSION in PAKISTAN ARMY on 17 MAY 2000 and joined Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, he was company senior under officer in Saad company 105 long course, He passed out from PMA KAKUL on 13th APRIL 2001 with distinciton and topped in the overall exams and training modules of PMA and obtained the SWORD OF HONOR (the biggest award of PMA) he then joined the unit 39 PUNJAB REGIMENT (JAANNISAR) in 2001,He was MARTYRED while serving U.N PEACE KEEPING MISSION in IVORY COAST (SOUTH AFRICA) on 23 FEB 2007.
