Libya's rival governments due to meet in Morocco

Libya's UN recognised government has called on the Security Council to lift an arms embargo put against the country.

The Tobruk-based government says it needs weapons to fight the rise of ISIL.

The two rival governments are due to meet for talks in Morocco on Thursday.
