Mehsana: Illegal stores under the administration of Kansa gram panchayat has put merchants in the lurch. In the year 2002, former Sarpanch had permitted merchants to build cabins but instead, they constructed shops. Despite several pleas, Panchayat and Taluka Panchayat authorities have failed to act in the matter.
