A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket blasted off into orbit early morning, March 2nd 2014 at 03:50 UTC, 22:50 Local time on March 1st. The 16th launch of the Falcon 9 rocket put the Eutelsat 115 West B and ABS-3A satellites into orbit. This flight did not carry landing legs and so no barge landing attempt was made.
