The Rock Wins The Award For Best Mic Skills. No One is a Good as The Rock when it comes to the Mic. But The Rock got booed hard from The New York Scumbags. Its a combination of Fighting Hogan, going to Hollywood and certain aspects of The Rocks character being a bit stale.
