A burglar in Olympia, Washington ended up in jail after being confronted and tied up by a father and son team.

A burglar in Olympia, Washington ended up in jail after being confronted and tied up by a father and son team.

Last Friday, John Ashton Sr. and his boy John Jr. returned to their apartment and noticed their door was broken. Upon stepping inside, they knew the home had been burglarized and soon realized whoever had committed the crime was still inside.

The burglar, later identified as Tyrone Porter, saw the victims and stated, "I’m sorry, I made a mistake and I’ll get your stuff back" before he attempted to run past John and his son.

He wasn't able to though, as the two males managed to tackle him. A struggle ensued for a bit, but in the end, both Johns were able to subdue Porter. They yelled to neighbors and requested for the police to be called.
