Regional forces gain ground against Nigeria's Boko Haram

In the last few days, the troops from Nigeria and neighbouring countries have gained ground in their fight against the Boko Haram group, killing at least 200 of the rebels. It followed an incursion by Boko Haram into Cameroon last week, setting fire to homes and killing dozens of people.
