The evacuation of residents continued from the town of Debaltseve to the north-east of rebel-held Donetsk, as rebels forces continued an attack on positions held by the Ukrainian army. Ukrainian servicemen helped residents who were caring their belongings packed in plastic bags to board buses provided by Ukrainian emergency ministry and volunteers.
