Forget truce talks, peace deals, and an easing of sanctions. Eastern Ukraine's descended into full-blown civil war. Several hundred civilians have been killed in the past three weeks. Now, with well-equipped Moscow-backed rebels on the march, this conflict could lead to an all-out arms race. Never during the entire Cold War did Europe witness this level of bloodshed. So could it get much worse?
