Beijing, Jan 21 (EFE).- Chinese business tycoon and one of the richest men in Asia, Wang Jianlin, said Wednesday that he would invest at least $3.4 billion in a large leisure complex in Madrid if current negotiations with the Spanish authorities were successful.

"We already have had a meeting with the Spanish prime minister (Mariano Rajoy), now it is Spain, that is in possession of the ball and must take a decision together with us," Wang said after signing a deal to acquire a 20 percent stake in the shares of Atletico de Madrid soccer club for $52 million.
