Karishma Tanna confesses her feelings for Upen and Rushabh

Bigg Boss contestant Karishma Tanna has finally spilled the beans on her relationship outside and inside the glass walled house.
Karishma was heard engaging in a mature chat with Upen, during which she said she would break up with her boyfriend (Rushabh Choksi, a Mumbai based restaurateur) once she is out and that he is the one for her.
