Music venues get 1,5 million for European talent

Thirteen European music venues are working together to promote European talent. Under the Liveurope-label these venues get to share 1,5 million euros over three years if they program enough European bands. "In the live-music sector in Europe, venues have a great responsibility in encouraging new talent. The need to create opportunities for these bands to showcase their talents in front of new audiences."
