Fishing with Intex Seahawk II Inflatable boat and Hangkai 3.5hp Outboard Motor Part 1

I went to Air Papan Beach off Mersing, Johor, Malaysia for a fishing trips cum testing out my new toy, the Intex Seahawk II inflatable boat and the Hangkai 3.5hp Outboard Motor.
At 6am, I crossed the border from Singapore to Malaysia, after taking my breakfast at Johor Bahru, I headed off to Mersing straight away, It took almost 2 hours for the journey. Around 12pm, I reached the place, without much delay I found a empty space and started setting up.
The Hangkai is a Chinese brand, which is very affordable, it's a 2 stroke 3.5hp Outboard motor, saw some videos here with people testing out the outboard, was impressed by the performance and decided to order one. As this is a 2 stroke engine, the petrol needs to mix with 2T and he ratio is 30:1.
The Intex Seahawk II is a newer model, it used thicker material and it is prettier than it's predecessor, the Intex Seahawk 4, before this trip, I went rowing the boat and found that it's so light and easy to maneuver, easy to set up as well. Only issue is the floor is too soft, you can't stand up on it when it'sin the water. So I customized a plywood floorboard, now I can stand firm on it and the boat is more stable on water.
Part 2 will feature the customized boat frame and the launch of the boat, stay tuned.
