5th victims group testifies in Colombia peace talks

The historic and unprecedented participation of victims of the Colombian armed conflict in the country's peace talks concluded Tuesday as the 5th and final victims delegation gave its testimony in Havana. The decision to include the victims has drawn praise from observers inside and outside the country. The next step will be to adopt agreements addressing the plight of the six million victims.
