Showbiz Report: Golden Globes & Mark Wahlberg seeks pardon

Michael Keaton is flying high after his independent film, 'Birdman,' scores the most Golden Globe nominations. Surprisingly, Angelina Jolie and her film, 'Unbroken,' failed to nab a single nod. Meanwhile, Mark Wahlberg's life of crime is now resigned to the big screen, film roles far removed from the hardscrabble streets of Boston where he grew up wild and angry - landing him in prison at age 16. That dark past has resurfaced after the 43-year-old actor recently petitioned the Massachusetts Parole Board for a pardon related to his 1988 felony assault conviction to clear the way toward becoming an LAPD reserve officer.
