This week in Honduras two police officers were shot dead in Tegucigalpa, adding to 19 killings of police officers this year. Also this week 22 police were found guilty of stealing 1.3 million lempiras (50 thousand dollars). Both cases are examples of the crisis that the criminal justice system is suffering in Honduras.
