Detectives in Philadelphia are asking for help in identifying a woman who was caught on surveillance camera stealing a package. This crime was rather unique as the suspect didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry.

This crime was rather unique as the suspect didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry. On November 29th, the female walked down the sidewalk right past the residence but the package, which was resting next to the front door, caught her eye.
She stopped, looked over her shoulder a few times and turned towards the street. Then she looked up at the house and took a seat right on the stairs, making it seem like she had all the time in the world.
Judging by the footage, it’s fairly evident she had no idea a camera lens was fixated on her. She sat on the step for quite a while before swiping the package and placing it next to her.
The woman stood up at one point and surprisingly sat right back down before deciding to grab it and flee.
According to police, the stolen bag contained clothing valued at roughly $20.
