Grand Jury Decides Not to Indict NYPD Officer in Chokehold Death of Eric Garner

A Staten Island grand jury has decided not to indict NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo in the chokehold death of Eric Garner. Garner was placed in a chokehold back in July when officers approached him for allegedly selling banned cigarettes.
