Vadodara: Even as the Centre launched its 'Swachchha Bharat Abhiyan' to mark the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, but city has reasons to worry. Looking at the outer layer, it seems there is shortage of dust bins but the fact is totally opposite to it because there are 30,000 dust bins lying unused. Now, question is where does one dump the waste?
