End dynastic rule in Jammu & Kashmir, says Modi Part 1 - Tv9 Gujarati

Kicking off poll campaign in Kishtwar town in Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi exhorted people to unshackle themselves from the bondage of dynastic rule and promised to solve issues. Without naming either the Congress or the National Conference, Modi said the state had been held hostage by two families for over 50 years and now time is ripe for a political change.
