Colombia peace talks stalled

The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) says it cannot order the freeing of captured Colombian army general Ruben Dario Alzate, while President Juan Manuel Santos says the government will not resume peace talks until he is freed. FARC spokesman Ivan Marquez said the government's refusal to agreed to a bilateral cease-fire is one of the reasons the talks have stalled. teleSUR
