US federal employees strike to demand increase to federal minimum wage

In the United State today federal employees went on strike to demand an increase to the minimum wage paid to federal contract workers. An increase was approved earlier this year which brought the wage up to US$10 per hour, but workers say this is not enough. teleSUR
