UK National Gallery picks photography winner

It's one of the world's most prestigious prizes for photography. The National Portrait Gallery in London has chosen the winner of its annual photography competition out of 4,193 entrants. The only rule for the Taylor Wessing Photographic Prize competition is that the picture was taken within the last year that they must tell a human story. Al Jazeera's Jessica Baldwin reports.
