Lady Gaga left a lot to the imagination as she stepped out in Milan wearing a black leather jacket and not much else clothing wise. The pop diva was no doubt feeling covered up on the streets of the city after she previously appeared on stage wearing nothing but a pair of neon undies and fishnet stockings.
