INDIA - Indian uranium mines take heavy toll on locals and environment

India recently signed a nuclear power agreement with Australia and is entering tough negotiations with Japan on new power plants. The aim is to obtain a cheap source of fuel for this nation of 1.2 billion people. But campaigners are raising serious questions about the human cost of uranium mines and the radioactive waste they churn out. Our correspondents have been to investigate, secretly filming in the state of Jharkand.
