Brad Pitt's "The Fury" set to top box office

Brad Pitt's World War II drama "Fury" scoops the the North American box office this weekend.

The film follows five Americans manning a tank behind Nazi lines and is getting good reviews from the press.

Rolling Stone says Fury "captures the buried feelings of men in combat with piercing immediacy."

The film is expected to bring in 30 million dollars this weekend.

Also new is the children's film, "The Book of Life."

It uses state-of-the-art animation and features the voices of Channing Tatum and Zoe Saldana.

Critics are giving the film kind reviews.

The Washington Post says "The Book of Life" may look new but "it's as old as life (and death) itself."

The film's will take in nearly 17 million dollars on its opening weekend.

And if you're in the mood for romance, there's "The Best of Me," staring James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan, about high school sweethearts reunited after 20 years.
