Shameless moral policing in Jhansi

GRP constables mecilessly thrashed a young boy in full public view in Jhansi. The youth's only crime was that he was seen sitting with a girl on a raliway platform. Despite repeated pleas from the girl, the cops continued to thrash the youth and took him into custody.
