Serious pollution causing health concerns in Beijing

Severe smog in China’s capital Beijing is drawing health concerns from local residents.
“The smog is really severe nowadays. The weather was never so depressing a few years ago. We are concerned about our health. Some of my family members have respiratory diseases, so they are very sensitive to this kind of weather. I have been thinking about finding a job outside Beijing, so I can get away from this weather and live somewhere nice.”, said Lu Mengying, a 24-year-old college graduate.
