Legendary cricketer and PTI Chairman Imran Khan bashed Salman Rushdie on hurting millions of Muslims through publishing a book against Islam.
During India visit, Imran Khan denied to participate in a conference because Rushdie was also coming there and on this gesture Indian media criticized Imran Khan. Legendary cricketer didn’t panic on this wrong and senseless criticism of media and explained why he refused to join conference.
The interview, in which he gave the reason why he denied going for conference where Rushdie arrived, proves that he is a good Muslim and he will raise voice against religious discriminates in Europe and America. Imran Khan bashed Rushdie on publishing a totally false book against Islam which hurt millions of Muslims and caused hatred sentiments for USA government.
On asking a question about freedom of speech, Imran Khan clearly warned European and Americans that freedom of speech doesn’t allow hurting the religious faith of any human being. Non-Muslims cannot understand true spirit of Islam and love of Muslims for their beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), he further explained.
In current political scenario of Pakistan, while Imran Khan is protesting against brutal and systematic rigging of Election 2013, many religious persons and politicians started propaganda against his religious faith. Calling him an agent Jews lobby and Non-Muslim are the key features of this propaganda. Interestingly, through this false propaganda, he is gaining more popularity and faith among large number of Pakistan public. Government backed propaganda against P.T.I chairman has died and public rejected the false Fatwa’s of so called Mullah like Fazal-ur-Rahman.
Imran Khan is exposing corruptions of politicians including sitting Prime Minister of Pakistan at P.T.I protest in Islamabad. Ongoing dharna of P.T.I, which enters into its 50th day, gave so much political and social awareness to common people of Pakistan and this awareness has become a real challenge for current regime. And yet Nawaz regime failed to find any political solution of current issue.
Ups and downs of dharna at Islamabad enforced Imran Khan to launch a campaign against Status Quo, and successful processions of Karachi and Lahore proved that he as his hands of public pulse. Now he decided to conduct more processions in other cities of Pakistan especially in Punjab.
