Things weren’t looking too hot for the Cleveland Browns after a half of play against the Tennessee Titans, trailing by as much as 25 points in what looked to be a sure blowout. But then quarterback Brian Hoyer morphed into Second-Half Hoyer and all bets were off. After the game, Hoyer took a page out of Johnny Manziel’s playbook and partook in a postgame dance party.
